The villa has a living / dining area with large windows overlooking the sea and LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and private facilities.

At guests’ disposal: Lcd-Sat-TV, air condition, Internet Wi-Fi, veranda with table and chairs, large terrace furnished with table, chairs and parasol, barbecue, outdoor shower, private parking space.  Characteristic welcome gift offered by the owners. Beautiful sea views and beautiful sunsets.

Terms:
weekly lets from Saturday 4:00-7:30 p.m. to Saturday 9:00 a.m.
Arrival at any day within the period 27.04-18.05 and after 14.09 (minimum stay 1 week).

Services included in rent:
Utilities (water, electricity and gas), internet connection.

Services not included in rent (pay after arrival):
Administration fee: € 25,00.
Final cleaning: € 85,00.
Bed linen, on request: € 15,00/person/change.
Towels, on request: € 5,00/person/change.
Cradle: available for rental € 20,00/week; free if brought by client.
Pets: allowed on request, only small size, € 50.00/stay.
Security deposit: € 200,00.
